-We don't refund the promotional products,holiday products,customized prodcucts.

-We only exchange or refund if there is a factory defect & this have to be 7 days after receiving your order.

-You will need pay for the shipping.

-Shipping will never refundable.

-Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
